Point Malcolm Reserve is located between Military Road and the beach at Semaphore Park, just south of Fort Glanville and the Adelaide Beachfront Caravan Park. There is some parking along Recreation Parade at the southern end of the reserve, and a huge car park at the northern end at the Semaphore Surf Life Saving Club.
