So, i'm trying to dd u-boot-s905x-s912 and the system after reboot didn't responding until I'm inserting the burned sdcard with hg680p uboot on b860h. Edit, after trying it with u-boot-p212, the respond is same, didn't load. 5.15 kernel.

The units prior to the incorrect upgrade was running Android 7.x.x and on a P281 board. I tried several IMG using burning tools, but the flashing procedure, hangs at 7%. The unit will only go in recovery mode using an SD card with nhg47l/20180313. I'm not able to apply any update via EXT , either SD or USB.

from android OS, change B860H bootloader with bootloader from HG680P (with terminal emulator app) then reboot (with bootable sdcard of course) done. B860H original bootloader doesn't allow boot from external disk. that's why the bootloader needs to be replaced. I've tried all you suggested, sadly nothing works.

i already try mod uEnv.txt dtb name meson-gxl-s905x-zte-b860h.dtb and uboot : u-boot-p212.bin the result is loop reset / restart. if i am mod uEnv.txt dtb name meson-gxl-s905x-zte-b860h.dtb and uboot : u-boot-s905x-s912.bin the result is starting but at my display looping same with the image display my monitor.
