The skinny wires are fine for signal, but they're not remotely up to the task of any high-powered PoE devices. They will heat up in an alarming manner. The switch and patch board aren't mounted in a standard 19-inch server rack. There's no space to mount other peripherals such as the Netgear Arlo base station. There's only 2 power points nearby hence the power board. The switch embedded in the wall is only 10/100 and not gigabit hence the 8 port Ubiquiti switch.

Small 10inch patch cabinet for Ubiquiti Network. I placed a Unify POE 8 port switch for the patch panels, both on the first and second floor. This switch has 4 normal ports and 4 POE ports with which I can, for example, supply a WiFi point with power. Ubiquiti has Power over Ethernet Wifi points but also 4 port switches that are work via POE.

I wanted to get the Switch Enterprise 24 POE, to line up all the ports under the patch panel. But couldn't catch one for months. Ended up getting the Switch Pro 24 POE, so I needed to use 2 patch panels sandwiching the switch to keep the cable porn approved. So I used the blanks above to fill the left side of each patch panel.
