Just gave it a quick try and it seems both Eldritch Knight and Arcane Trickster have a bug. It correctly shows that at level 13 the highest spell level is 3rd, but the number of slots only updates to 3rd level slots at level 15 instead of 13. It's basically lagging behind 2 levels. To access level 4 spell slots I would need to be a level 21 EK.
