Pleasant Hill Mansion The Governors Club
Constructed upon farmland originally purchased by Colonel Winstead in 1799, the famous Pleasant Hill mansion was soon built in 1854 by the Colonel's son, John M. Winstead. After almost 145 years, this huge, sprawling establishment of 600 acres was sold, developing into the modern-day Governors Club and golf course in the late 1990s.
