Had the pan bent and welded by a local metal shop. It's 14 ga. The angle is 3โณx3โณ x1/8โณ, and the slides were ordered from drawer slides.com. They are 200lb rated. Fridge Temporarily secured. Just needs a coat of paint and it's ready to roll. As you can see, the truck is still in work mode but the build has begun.

It's a reasonable amount wider than my fridge, but I made use of the room by securing a fire extinguisher on the inside of the cage I made to go around the fridge. See the last pics below for that. Base is mounted to my rear drawers. the base is 2x2 angle and is bolted to the drawer system. The slide is 1x1 angle with 16g steel floor. Here are some pics. Pic 1 as it sits in the truck. Pic2 side view. Pic 3 bottom.16g looks bowed down but it is not. Drawer slides are from home depot.
