The proper identification of this rose is a mystery. Some rosarians speculate that it could be 'Pink Pet'. Sometimes it is referred to as the "Summer Carnation Rose". This rose has excellent disease and heat tolerance. It prefers well-drained, amended soil, but will tolerate alkaline clay soils.
