St Ives Bakery is where we usually buy our Cornish pasties from. The shop in is on the corner of Fore Street and The Digey, opposite Gullz R Loud (stockists of our game, The Great St Ives Pasty Dash!). Their pasties are always freshly baked, succulent and packed with flavour. We also like to buy bread, meringues and rocky road whilst we are there!

Our Bakery We have a wide variety of artisan bread available including traditional, sourdough, long fermentation breads, focaccia as well as an exotic range of patisseries. Our baking unit is based in St Erth which accommodates our unique little store in the heart of St Ives.

Delicious pasties found in st Ives. Cute little shop with the window full of delicious looking goodies. Kids really enjoyed the sausage rolls too. Marked down a star as the two ladies serving were a bit abrupt when we asked a couple of questions and felt as though they wanted you out the shop as soon as possible, but still a tasty pasty either way.

1. Re: best place to buy spanish herbs and spices. There are various markets in Madrid which could be worth a visit. My local market is La Paz, Calle Ayala, Salamanca. All sorts of goodies are on offer. The supermarket and the gourmet section in El Corte Ingles is also well worth a visit.
