15 reviews of Ashton Lane "You can do an entire night out on the cobbled Ashton Lane in Glasgow's west end. This charming street off of University Ave is pretty to look at and always fun. You could do dinner and a movie, grab a pint at one of the pubs and then dance yourself silly at one of the nightclubs. The lane is a big part of the West End Festival every year.

9 reviews of The Wee Pub "Can't really give a full review as just bobbed in here for a quick one before heading off to the Grosvenor Cinema. Seems a fun little place though. Got talking to the barman and a mate of his who works in another bar in town. Both were decent lads and as a couple of Mixologists, they were in the midst of creating a new cocktail called the Q-gar.

I can undoubtedly say that this is amongst my favoured places in Glasgow. Pop in here for a fab pint of guinness and a wee bit o the craick and then wander up.

Even on gloomy days this pub is still a good go-to, additionally they have a surprisingly good gin selection! I have only eaten here once and had the mussels, not the best, but definitely decent bar food. I think this is one of the better establishments on the Ashton Lane strip for an all around good time (lively, decent food and service).
