Unfortunately for me the unconscious guy is the medic. Sooooooo shit. In EU you could unlock the Revive perk to use with a Medkit and reanimate critically wounded soldiers. A Combat Medic in XCOM 2 might have the same thing somewhere in its perk tree. Yeah just looked post mission and this seems to be the case.

hi, when a lancer makes one of the soldier unconscious (with the electric sword), what must/can we do? * wait? after some turns it will be ok again (like toxic gas, for example)? * need to bring on the shoulders of another soldier, just to the extract zone? * or don't need to care, if we let him on the ground, as he's not dead, you will see again at the base, after, alive and ok?

Forget the upgraded weapons: if your dead/unconscious soldier is wearing upgraded tier 2 or tier 3 armor, you're not going to get that armor back if you leave them behind, so unless you happen to have a spare WAR suit back at the Avenger, you're going to have to build a new one, or fall back to using lower tier equipment.

Nope, in fact if it's an evac mission you have to carry them to an evac (depending, you may be able to call one down where ever) and evac both the unconscious and the carrying soldiers.
