In terms of dimensions, the Nissan Leaf is a similar size to a Volkswagen Golf or Ford Focus. It's 4490mm long and 1788mm wide (including mirrors), while it has a wheelbase of 2700mm. Sporting 19-inch alloy wheels, it's 1540mm high. The Nissan Leaf stashes its batteries underneath the rear seats, so it has a much larger boot than you might expect.

600 miles per month, 8000p.a. mileage - own driveway. Would ideally like to purchase a used model with some warranty left for peace of mind. #1 This summer I'm going to travel along the south coast of the UK with my family in my Leaf 2018. Can anyone suggest what precautions I should make for being able to (rapid) charge my car? e.g. do I need to subscribe with a provider and get a charging card?

Do charge to 100% occasionally - ideally at least once a month or so. But do so shortly (no more than a handful of hours) before you expect to use it (and don't be worried about charging to 100% more often, so long as you charge shortly before you use it) - just don't leave it sitting for long periods (more than a few hours) above 90% or below about 20% if you can help it.
