As strong as SSB Goku in Xenoverse 2 after he absorbs Towa. Before that Mira gets rekt by SSJ3 Bardock, who should be WELL below Goku. Although Masked Saiyana aka Bardock in Xenoverse may be way stronger than expected. AT max he's probably weaker than Android 21, who took two SSBs to kill in the true ending.

Xeno Trunks detects a massive energy spike coming from Mira and Elder Kai tells the Future Warrior to flee as they cannot hope to stand up to Mira's power now that he has absorbed Tokitoki's Egg.

Mira absorbs Towa, takes on multiple god level fighters, gets squashed by one of the weaker Saiyans in the franchise just because he went SSj3? There is zero urgency or consequences in the story, it's boring as shit. It doesn't have to be apocalyptic dark souls dreary, but give us some damn stakes to fight for, good god..

A simple fix to this would have Mira kill towa and absorb the egg but instead of the player killing him, you spare him or he is able to barely survive the kamehameha and get away. That way Mira can still continue growing and in Xenoverse 3 or even in a DLC story he would be a lot more interesting character and Villain in general. As is, Mira.

For the ones that don't know this particular Mira form, it comes from Dragon Ball Heroes, where Mira absorbs Fin (another Towa creation) to fight against the Time Patrollers. Like Cell, Mira is apparently capable of absorbing energy and beings into himself to make himself stronger. In Warrior from the Demon World Saga of Xenoverse 2, Mira uses this ability to absorb his creator Towa along with Tokitoki's Egg which she had been carrying at the time which is said to possess enough power to create time for an entirely.

He's reaching a further level of power and he's probably got some similarities to Cell with having bits of the characters in him. Or Towa has seen how the Sayians are able to push themselves and incorperated some form of that into Mira, then when he absorbs Towa and I think the Time Egg at the same time he's pushing himself over his limit I think.
