Oysterband's John Jones January 8, 2015 · JJ went in for surgery for bowel cancer just before Christmas. He was diagnosed with a tumour in October and this and part of his colon and lymph glands were removed. Clearly this has been a huge shock to John and everyone, and until we were sure of the outcome it has remained largely private.
