The Sonia Kashuk Textured Mauve Monochrome Eye Quad is one of four new eyeshadow palettes that Sonia Kashuk launched at Target for Spring 2013. I've already reviewed one of these palettes in a prior post and today I thought I'd explore my second favorite shade in this collection, Textured Mauve. Honestly, this is more dusky pink than mauve.

While I liked Sonia Kashuk's Showstopper Eyeshadow Quad, which had the same shimmery shadow texture, these colors just seem drab-muted. They're so muted and subtle and yet have so much shimmer, it seems contradictory. The texture is smooth, and they look wet when applied and have surprisingly little fall out (though there is some).
