US M155 LONG TOM & M35 PRIME MOVER
Similar to the full-track prime movers M33 and M34, the M35 was an interim conversion to produce prime movers for the 240mm howitzer and 8" gun until the 38-ton high-speed tractor M6 could enter service. The turret and armament were removed from 3" gun motor carriages M10A1, and four crew seats were installed in each former fighting compartment.

Hi all, I'd like to share a project that I finished a few months ago and that buzzed around my stash since '99 🤕. It is the probably well known pic a boxed prime mover towing a Dozer. Originally identified as an M35 prime mover, it was then recognised as a guillotined M36 Jackson and put to good use by GIs. The AFV kit needed to be turned from Diesel to gas. I imagined full-stuffed.
