I use uBlock to block ads, so I never had this issue before. Don't click it though, you never have to verify something while downloading from ts4rebels. Never an issue. both sites are safe to use, paysitesmustbedestroyed hasn't been updated in a while though. i mostly use it for other sims games rather than sims 4. Yeah both sites are :) I've used them extensively and never had an issue. I would suggest you add uBlock origin to your browser if you're worried!
