The Magic is Might monument was a black stone statue created after the Death Eaters took over the Ministry of Magic on 1 August, 1997. It replaced the Fountain of Magical Brethren and thus was located in the Atrium of the Ministry of Magic Headquarters.

Previously a golden fountain had filled the center of the hall, casting shimmering spots of light over the polished wooden floor and walls. Now a gigantic statue of black stone dominated the scene. (Deathly Hallows, Chapter 12, Magic is Might). What happened to it remains a mystery.

You get the first part for destroying all the ducks. The ducks are in the container located at the beginning of the stage - open it with a strong character. The next part is in Umbridge's office, select a character with a key and open the safe. The third crest fragment is in the chest in the hall with elevators.
