This ReShade aims to make fallout 76 more realistic by removing the washed out greyish look and replace it with a slightly more vibrant, cleaner look without overdoing the tones. Fallout 76 reshade. How do i install reshade for fallout 76 microsoft store version? I am trying by installing it on Project76_GamePass.exe but then window shows "you dont have permission to open this file". I've never managed to install reshade into a microsoft store game because of the permission thing. Here's a guide, dunno if it works though.

Install reshade then rename that dxgi.dll to ReShade64.dll *, then place the sfe dxgi.dll in it's place. IIRC they mention that in the SFE description but it doesn't stand out, I've just gotten used to it anytime I gotta muck about in there or on the Deck. edit/*: yeah I just double checked, ReShade64.dll and dxgi.dll.

With the new driver update you can use ALL reshade shaders now, you just have to download them separately and put them in the correct folder. Im working on a Nvidia Freestyle preset too, have a over saturation problem currently but the light and shadow are perfectly done.(Dark areas are dark and bright areas are bright). Fallout 76's.

1. First download and install SFE. 2. Download and unzip Optimum ReShade, but before copying my files, rename my reshade dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll and save all 3 files to the main Fallout 76 folder. It is the most effective and it works. Use OPTIMUM RESHADE, which is the original preset and was created for that purpose.
