Norma first since you are early in the game and she will be much more help Then Aleria. Not early but not mid game either. 6* Ormus is definitely better than 6* Norma. Focus on getting the second Ormus Of course if you want a better healer Vesa is your perfect hero. Until then stick with Ormus. And getting Aleria for marauder is a must ;)
