Sauna Deco is a nice spa in the middle of the city centre of Amsterdam. They offer a hot sauna, Turkish bath, infrared sauna (which I've never tried before, but loved), massage, cold baths and places for relaxation. No clothes allowed in the saunas so you sit there naked with other people of all genders. I felt it was very liberating and relaxing.
