Café De Unie is een gebouw uit 1925 in de Nederlandse stad Rotterdam, naar ontwerp van architect J.J.P. Oud.Het oorspronkelijke pand bevond zich aan het Calandplein en werd in 1940 verwoest. In 1986 kwam aan de Mauritsweg een replica van de markante gevel. Dat pand was vervolgens in gebruik als horecagelegenheid met theater en debatcentrum. Van 2014 t/m 2017 was het een homo-uitgaanscentrum.
