Bart de Baets (Knokke BE, 1979) graduated from the graphic design department of the Gerrit Rietveld academy in 2003. He has since then been living and working in Amsterdam.. In 2016/17, Bart was a guest professor at the Communication design department of the Hochschule für Gestaltung in Karlsruhe. He has been teaching design at the Gerrit.

He has currently designed the identity and a bimonthly bulletin for Kunstverein Langenhagen, and Forum, an architecture magazine, with Sandra Kassenaar.
