Food-wise, Ramen to Biiru is a unique experiment. I have to say, I've never had Ramen like this before in my life. They stretched the boundary of what ramen broth can be like with their Yuzu ramen. The first sip of the broth was just electric - the sourness and acidity, I just did not expect that. Usually, this does not work with Ramen at all.

Another restaurant type I wasn't expecting to have rave reviews over. Ramen doesn't come to mind when visiting Copenhagen, but Biiru was just excellent. You punch in your order off the touch screen and the staff are happy to help you decide. Minutes later, out came piping hot ramen that tasted as great as it looked.
