'Pluto,' a Ceramic Disney Character by Zaccagnini, Florence circa 1940
6x12x4.5" tall beautifully painted and glazed ceramic with mark on underside for this Italian company as well as series number "W45." This company signed a contract with Disney in 1947 which lasted for about 10 years. This particular piece is c. 1947. Great image of Pluto with head lowered to the ground and rear end in the air.

Hake's PLUTO SEATED ZACCAGNINI FIGURINE.
An extremely rare Zaccagnini Disney Pluto Sitting. Likely to be made by Mario Bandini in the late 1930's early 1940's. Polychrome Ceramic. Pluto does show signs of wear from age/storage. There are some paint and ceramic chips to the eyelids, ears, leg and back. He stands at 17.2cm. Please see pictures for further details. Will be well packaged to avoid any movement or damage during transit.

Exceptional painted and glazed 7" tall seated Pluto ceramic figurine w/mark on underside for this Italian company as well as "W 47" designation and "Walt Disney" paper label. Zaccagnini signed a contract w/Disney in 1947 which lasted about ten years. This piece features Pluto in expressive seated pose, mouth open w/tongue dangling out.

Great image of Pluto w/head lowered to the ground and rear end in the air. Companion piece to a matching black cat figurine. Exc. The nicest and largest Pluto figurine we've ever seen.
