Thursday 13th January and we visited the capital of the Island, Arrecife. This Blue Flag Beach, known as Playa del Reducto, is located adjacent to the City. The golden sands, lined with palm trees, stretches for about 500 metres as it wraps itself along the coast of the City. When we visited the tide was out a way which exposed a rocky lava flow.
