The Bangkok Seashell Museum is the creation of Mr. Jom Patamakantin who over decades along with his father collected 1000s and 1000s of sea shells. The roughly 3000 shells on display here are not the entire stock. Three floors of shells are on display categorized and showing Thai and English explanations of what each one is and where and when.

The Bangkok Seashell museum is located in the Silom area of Bangkok. It is a small museum with three floors. The entrance fee is 150 Bahts (equivalent to just over GBP 3 - May 2017). I did not think that the entrance fee was worth it. Yes, there were lots of shells from various places, but it did not have the wow factor for me.
