E u/us are pretty much the same, difference is maintenance days and when content is released (1day difference). China has some censorship on the game, what i know is bones do not show in china, ex: undead look more human-ish cos skin covers their exposed areas. Lord marogar in icc has skin etc. beyond this idk how far censorship go.

Chinese Undead Models Collection Since there is no unified thread about those, let's have one. I'm posting the ones i've got, and if someone has them for other expansions, then please share them with us. The law in China prohibits the use of undead (something about desecrating the dead) so a LOT of the old content has been modified and they never did get.
