The reason I didn't like this book is probably mostly my own fault. I had just finished reading Mistborn Era 1, so I was on the high that that finale gave me.. The Alloy of Law is a very different book written in a very different style with new characters that seem nothing like what I was used to!. I rushed into Mistborn Era 2, and that's completely my own, fault.
