The best you can do for amy's arm is 50 str and as much arcane as you can. If you're staying below lvl 100, go for 50 str and regular Amygdalan Arm +10 with +phys gems. And if your ARC is a little higher, go for nourishing gems with +60/70 pure arcane damage. My arc/str build has 50 str / 45arc and with mediocre +%phys gems my r1's deal around.
