On the west side of Cap d'Antibes, almost directly across from La Garoupe is this small, public beach. Although open to all, Plage des Ondes (named after the nearby Chemin des Ondes) is primarily used by locals as the only parking available is on the streets perpendicular to the beach and space disappears rapidly. The beach is sandy and on a sheltered cove with views of the Esterel mountains.
