Sep 2021. Le Marais is a very nice area in the heart of Paris in the 3rd Arrondissement. There is a cool street vibe, with lots of Bakery's and cafe's. We looked at some apartments and a loft there as a potential rental option for a long term stay and found the prices to be fair for the value of the accommodations.
