27.02.2022, 05:30 Uhr Dresden. Kurz vor Beginn der Pandemie, im Oktober 2019, haben Melanie und Sascha Janus ihre Osteria Porto Cervo im ehemaligen Pförtnerhäuschen der Zeitenströmung eröffnet. Ihr Konzept hatte den Eigentümer des Quartiers, der das leerstehende Objekt gern gastronomisch bespielt sehen wollte, am meisten überzeugt.
