HUNTSVILLE - A new downtown café and wine bar is paying homage to its building's former owner. Jaci Booth and Rob Clarke, co-owners of Café Wilgress 1897, decided to name their business after George S. Wilgress, the lawyer who 118 years ago owned the red brick building near the Muskoka River that their café now occupies.
