Perch still spawn here, and anglers also come for bass, muskie and trout. The main attraction of this little park near Orillia is the wide, sandy beach, one of Lake Simcoe's best.

We had a great time spending a couple nights at Bass Lake. We enjoyed exploring downtown Orillia as well as the neighboring provincial parks, Mara and McRae Point. I will say just driving though it seems as though Bass lake is the better of the three. Campground: Campgrounds were average offering mid to low privacy.
