Pacheedaht Campground and Beach are located on the lands of the Pacheedaht people, very close to the trailhead for the West Coast Trail. This trail runs for 77 km up the coast to Bamfield. If you're planning to begin from Port Renfrew, you must arrange to be transported across Port San Juan to the trailhead at the mouth of Gordon River.

Long ago, the people of the sea foam, the "Pacheedaht" followed the sea foam to find their home in the bay of San Juan River. Now, their beautiful beach is available for camping at the Pacheedaht campground. Our group of three camped there for two nights, July 25, 26th, 2014, and were quite happy with our site and with the services provided.
