Honestly felt like Orbot in Unleashed could've been a better dynamic alongside Eggman than adding in Cubot. I know they comprise the "two idiot henchman" trope, but having Cubot questioning Eggman's plans and having more of a dry sense of humor to tick him off sounds more appealing. Eggman would get to be in more conversations besides his usual.

Orbot (オーボット Ōbotto) and Cubot (キューボット Kyūbotto) are two small robots from the Sonic the Hedgehog series created by Doctor Eggman to be his assistants. Orbot is a red orb-shaped robot that usually points out Eggman's mistakes, sometimes inadvertently insulting him.

Orbot's model number "SA-55" is a pun on the word 'sass', a word which fits Orbot's personality. Cubot's number, "IDI-07", is a similar pun based on idiot. Unlike their video game counterparts, Orbot and Cubot don't seem to float in the air very often while moving or standing. Instead they usually stay on the ground and hop to where they need.

Cubot is a diminutive robot, but slightly taller than Orbot. He has a black square head with a flattened, yet wider yellow square cap on top and a larger black square on the bottom, the latter of which resembles a jaw. His jaw can separate from his head to reveal a light blue cover resembling a mouth. He also has two gray-framed and pupil-less.
