This flight was cancelled by Nok Air on December 3rd 2022. I opted for a full refund & was advised that the process had begun Dec 6th & would take 45 business days to appear back in my account. Today March 15th I have it back after multiple times contacting Nok Air & my Thai bank SCB. Nok Air excuse was that they had paid it but it had not gone.
