Mk1 in euro spec is my personal favorite. Got to agree that mk6, especially the facelift version looks pretty good, imagine a Jetta mk6.5 2 door R variant. For mk2, always had a soft spot for small bumper 2 door GLI/GTI/GTX-s with all those red stripes. Rest are kind of meh to me.
