Our Lady of the Cape (Notre-Dame-du-Cap in French) is a title given to Mary the Mother of God in Cap-de-la-Madeleine, Quebec Canada. The title refers specifically to a statue of the Blessed Mother which is currently located in the Old Shrine. Pope Pius X granted the venerated image its canonical coronation on 12 October 1904 while Pope Pius XII.

By a decree of the Pope, Our Lady of the Cape has become the Queen of Canada, the national Madonna of the Canadians. For the next 50 years, the Queen of the Rosary continues to attract ever-larger crowds. The peak of the pilgrimage season is on August 15, for the Feast of the Assumption. In 1947, there is a triumphal tour of the pilgrim statue.
