Offersøykammen is located at 436 meters above sea level and provides magnificent views in all directions including the island of Vestvågøya, the turquoise sea, fjords, other islands, and peaks. The hike starts at the parking just in front of the tunnel entrance on the E10.

The Trail From Skreda, the original trail is 600 meters to the east along the E10. One can either walk along the side of the road, or down the driveway towards the red cabins, before climbing back up the hill and crossing the E10.

This small peak near Leknes on the peninsula of Offersøya is where a certain number of runners from the neighbouring town meet, you often see them jogging on the trail! Even though the altitude at the top is less than 450m, the panoramic view it offers is fantastic.

The Offersøykammen Hike and its amazing views
OFFERSØYKAMMEN. Follow E10 towards Å from Leknes. After Offersøybrua, turn towards Skreda. After 600 meters you will come to a parking lot at a small green where you can park. From here the trail continues in a northerly direction, over the E10 and continues up the mountain. The path is clear and easy to follow all the way to the top.
