Port Phillip Bay's beaches don't compare to the numerous wonderful white sand beaches in Philippines (10 - 11 hours from Melbourne to central Visayan islands) but Half Moon Bay is probably the best that PP Bay has to offer. It's secluded, intimate and has lovely cliffs. Good to watch the suinset.
