It is after all a clifftop walk. There is no public transport to either lookout, but there is a local bus - #698 - with a route that goes partway down Govetts Leap Rd and Evans Lookout Rd before returning to the main road at Blackheath and then Katoomba. If you need to get a taxi though, best to call Katoomba taxis on 02 4782 1311.
