It consists of Iman (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Sony (lead guitar), Wima (bass guitar) and Anton ().Their music is heavily influenced by Japanese rock bands. J-Rocks fans are called J-Rockstars. The band's name, "J-Rocks", comes from "J" representing their origin, Jakarta; and "Rockstar" because they wanted their fans to be called.

Iman Taufik Rachman (lahir pada 19 Juli 1981) adalah vokalis sekaligus gitaris utama dari band J-Rocks.Dulunya, ia adalah gitaris utama grup band Funky Kopral yang menggantikan Arlonsy Miraldi alias Oncy. Iman bergabung dengan Funky Kopral dari tahun 2001 hingga tahun 2003. Setelah Funky Kopral vakum, Iman bersama Sony, Anton dan Wima kemudian membentuk J-Rocks.
